Silicone Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is a flexible, soft-touch material used to decorate garments with logos, numbers, and lettering. Unlike traditional PU or vinyl films, Silicone HTV vinyl delivers a unique silicone touch, excellent elasticity, and a raised 3D logo effect after heat pressing. 3D Silicone Heat Transfer Vinyl provides an enhanced dimensional appearance, making designs stand out with a premium raised texture. It is popular for sportswear and activewear because it stretches with fabric, has a matte finish, and helps resist cracking, peeling, and dye migration on polyester-based materials.

How to Use Silicone HTV
- 1. Cut: Create your design and cut the Silicone HTV with a suitable cutting machine.
- 2. Weed: Remove the excess material and keep the design on the carrier film.
- 3. Preheat: Briefly preheat the fabric to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- 4. Position: Place the design on the fabric and check the position.
- 5. Heat Press: Press at 165–170°C (329–338°F) with 3–5 kg pressure. Front side: 8 seconds; back side: 20 seconds.
- 6. Cold Peel: Allow the transfer to cool completely, then carefully peel off the carrier film.
Tip: Always test the transfer on the actual fabric before bulk production.
