Flock HTV Instructions

Flock HTV is easy to cut, weed, and heat press. Follow these simple steps to create a soft velvet finish with strong adhesion and long-lasting durability.

Step 1: Prepare Your Design

Create your artwork and mirror the design before cutting.
Load the flock HTV with the colored flock surface facing upward and cut with a suitable blade setting.

Step 2: Weed the Excess Vinyl

Remove the unwanted areas carefully, leaving only the desired design on the carrier sheet.

The dense flock surface allows clean cutting and precise detail for logos, letters, and patterns.

Step 3: Heat Press the Design

Place the flock HTV on the fabric with the adhesive side facing down.

Recommended Heat Press Settings:

Parameter Details
Temperature 150–160°C (302–320°F)
Time 10–15 seconds
Pressure Medium Pressure
Peel Method Cold Peel

Step 4: Peel & Finish

Allow the material to cool completely, then remove the carrier film slowly.

For best results, apply a second press for 3–5 seconds with a protective sheet.

Step 5: Washing Care

To maintain the soft flock texture and adhesion:

  • Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash
  • Wash inside out
  • Use mild detergent
  • Avoid high-temperature drying
