The reflective HTV is a specialized PU/PES-based transfer film designed to create high-visibility graphics on garments. Featuring a reflective layer with micro glass bead technology, it reflects light back to the source, enhancing visibility in low-light environments.
It is engineered for easy cutting, strong fabric adhesion and long-lasting durability on cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. How to Use

Cut
Mirror your design and cut the HTV with a 45° or 60° blade. -
Weed
Remove excess vinyl carefully, leaving the design on the carrier film. -
Heat Press
Apply with the following recommended settings:
- Temperature: 140–145°C (284–293°F)
- Time: 8–10 seconds
- Pressure: Medium Pressure (3–5 kg)
- Peel: Cold Peel

Finish
Allow the transfer to cool before peeling and check adhesion after application.
Washing and Care
- To maintain the reflective properties and prevent the reflective beads from wearing off, wait at least 24 hours before washing.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold or warm water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
