Why Choose Black Heat Transfer Vinyl?
A Black That Works with Almost Any Design
Black is an easy color to build around. Use it for simple logos and team numbers, or pair it with white, neon, glitter, and metallic vinyl for layered designs.
Rich Color That Makes Designs Easy to Read
Our black HTV gives logos, text, and graphics a solid, clean look. It stands out especially well on white, grey, pastel, and bright-colored garments.
More Than One Black Finish
Need a subtle look? Choose matte black. Want more shine or texture? We also offer glossy, glitter, metallic, reflective, flocked, camo, and patterned Black Heat Transfer Vinyl options.
Made for Daily Cutting and Pressing
The film cuts cleanly, weeds without unnecessary hassle, and applies smoothly with the right heat settings. After proper pressing, it stays flexible on the garment and holds up well through regular washing.

How to Use Black Heat Transfer Vinyl
-
Mirror, Cut & Weed
Mirror your design, cut the vinyl with the carrier side down, and weed away the excess film. -
Pre-Press & Apply
Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds. Place the design carrier-side up, then press standard black PU HTV at 145–160℃ (293–320℉) for 10–15 seconds with medium to firm pressure. -
Peel & Wash
Peel the carrier as instructed (hot, warm, or cold peel). Wait 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out and avoid bleach.
Note: Specialty black HTV, including glitter, metallic, reflective, and flocked finishes, may require different transfer settings. Always perform a test before production.
