How to Use Blue Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl
- 1. Prepare the Design: Create your artwork and mirror the design before cutting.
- 2. Cut the HTV: Place the Blue Glitter HTV on the cutting mat and cut according to the appropriate machine settings.
- 3. Weed the Design: Remove the excess vinyl carefully, leaving the required design on the carrier film.
- 4. Preheat the Fabric: Pre-press the garment briefly to remove moisture and wrinkles and create a smooth pressing surface.
- 5. Position the Design: Place the weeded design on the fabric with the carrier film facing up and check the position before pressing.
- 6. Heat Press: Apply 140–145°C (284–293°F) for 8–10 seconds with 3–5 kg medium pressure.
- 7. Cold Peel: Allow the transfer to cool completely, then carefully peel off the carrier film.
- 8. Check the Transfer: Make sure the design is fully bonded to the fabric before handling or further processing.
Note: Test the HTV on the actual fabric before bulk production, as fabric composition and heat-press conditions can affect the final transfer result.
